It's
easy to join - just pop in and let us take you on a guided
tour. If you like what you see, book in for an induction.
This normally takes around an hour. One of our fitness professionals
will show you how to use the gym equipment safely with the
correct techniques.
Before
your induction, we will ask you to complete a short application
form which includes your name, address, date of birth and
next of kin. We also ask you to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire
to ensure you are fit to exercise and that we know of any
illnesses/injuies you may have.
Your
first monthly membership fee will be taken by cash/cheque/credit
card subsequent monthly fees will be taken by direct debit
on the 1st of every month.
Before
you come for your induction be sure to bring along the following:
- Gym
Kit (ESSENTIAL!)
- Bank

- Payment for the first month (can be
cash/cheque/credit card).
